Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Page Poster (the “Service”), including the website, tools for collecting and organizing content, the social image designer, and features that connect to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
By creating an account, logging in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Page Poster is operated for authorized users to research, organize, design, upload, and schedule media and text for social publishing. Features available to you depend on your account type and settings chosen by your administrator.
2. Accounts
- You must use the username and credentials provided or assigned to you.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
- Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational or security reasons.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or schedule through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the Service (for example, saving files, generating images, or posting to connected social accounts at your direction).
You represent that you have the rights to use and publish the content you submit, including images, video, text, and metadata, and that your use does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
4. Third-party platforms
Connecting Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, or other platforms requires you to authorize the Service through each platform’s own login and permission flow. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, API changes, outages, account restrictions, or content moderation decisions made by those platforms.
You may disconnect linked accounts at any time through the Service settings, subject to any posts already scheduled or published.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe the Service or connected systems.
- Access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law.
- Publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
6. AI and automated features
Some features may use third-party AI or automation to suggest text or images. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before publication.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
