This Privacy Policy describes how Page Poster (the “Service”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and tools. It applies to authorized users and to visitors who view public pages such as this one.
The Service is typically operated for a specific organization or team. Your administrator controls who receives accounts and which features are enabled.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information — username, password (stored in hashed form), and admin-assigned settings such as interface type and feature permissions.
- Content you provide — text, images, videos, captions, spreadsheet entries, design data, and scheduling information you upload or create in the app.
- Connected platform data — when you connect Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, or similar services, we store OAuth tokens and related identifiers (for example, page names or channel IDs) needed to post on your behalf.
- Usage and technical data — session cookies, server logs (such as IP address, browser type, request time, and pages accessed), and error diagnostics used to operate and secure the Service.
- Third-party API inputs — if you use optional features (for example, AI-generated descriptions, image search, or background removal), relevant text or images may be sent to those providers to fulfill your request.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your session.
- Store, organize, design, export, upload, and schedule content at your direction.
- Connect to third-party social and cloud services you authorize.

3. Where data is stored
Data is stored on servers used to run your Page Poster instance, which may include local databases, file storage for uploads, and optional cloud services (such as Google Sheets) configured for your account. Retention depends on your organization’s use of the Service and administrator practices; scheduled posts and uploaded media may be kept until published, deleted, or removed by an administrator.
4. Third-party services
The Service integrates with platforms and vendors you or your administrator choose to enable, which may include Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (YouTube, Sheets, Custom Search), X (Twitter), Replicate, and others. Those services have their own privacy policies and process data according to your authorization and their terms. We encourage you to review their policies when connecting an account.
You can disconnect linked social accounts through the Service settings where available. Disconnecting stops future API use but may not delete content already published on third-party platforms.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. The Service requires cookies to function; you can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may prevent login.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) when properly configured, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data through your administrator.
- Disconnect third-party accounts you no longer wish to link.
- Stop using the Service if you do not agree with this Policy.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact your administrator if you believe a child has provided information through the Service.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
